‘Namaste’ 30x30 has found its forever home and will be well loved.
I’ve been making small bouquets of French, okay, Canadian, roses to gift and share. The thing about this work that I really really love is that it feels exactly like play. I’m fearless with these mediums and I’m amazing at making mistakes in this work. No one dies, no performance standards to meet, no rigid rules, no report cards, no quotas. What’s not to love?
Not shopping. Just making. Whatever on whatever. #charcoal #gesso #acrylic and an old brown envelope.
#charcoalandgesso with some acrylic paint to boot. Working, even when the body wants to rest. It’s absolutely hibernation time for me when the days are short and cool.
